Cayenne pepper is part of the solanacea family. Very well known in the market to add medium spice to sauces and flavourings. This variety has medium pungency with 40,000 SHU.
This variety is available in mash (with seeds), paste (without seeds) both fermented with added salt. It is also available in our special concentrated paste (COMPACTO) and dehydrated both in whole or flakes.
None of our products have chemical additives, flavourings or colorants. However, according to each client's requirements we can add a percentage of vinegar, acetic acid or citric acid. We can also mix varieties to reach particular flavors, textures or levels of spiciness.
