En el 2010, un grupo de empresarios Santandereanos sumamos la experiencia y los deseos por hacer empresa en la industria de la construcción. Nuestra pasión por este propósito rápidamente materializó las ideas, constituyendo Sumas Construcciones S.A.S. en enero de 2011, iniciando nuestro primer proyecto en marzo del mismo año.

En el largo camino recorrido en tan corto tiempo hemos continuado sumando experiencias, fortaleciendo día a día nuestro propósito de hacer empresa con visión de largo plazo, compartiendo el valor generado con todas las partes de interés. En nuestros diez (10) años de operación y crecimiento hemos desarrollado once (12) proyectos, de los cuales nueve (9) se encuentran satisfactoriamente terminados; uno (1) en construcción, uno (1) próximo a iniciar entregas y uno (1) en lanzamiento.
