Banana
Banana is a tropical fruit with thick skin, fleshy pulp and white or slightly yellowish tint and when ripe it has a mild taste and odor. Its scientific name is Musa paradisiaca. It is rich in carbohydrates and contains little fat. It helps provide essential vitamins like vitamin C, B6, B1, B2. It also contains large amounts ofpotassium and magnesium.
