The Dutch Gouda Cheese from Colácteos is a matured, fatty and hard cheese. This product has a uniform white-yellowish paste, characteristic sweet taste, mild aroma, clean and good developed, compact, firm and elastic texture.
For its packaging a red and yellow solid paraffin is used, made up of a mixture of refined hydrocarbons, polymers and pigments; in addition to the use of a stretchable plastic film.
