Dark chocolate couverture made from hand selected beans from Finca San Luis in San Pablo de Borbur, Boyacá and transformed by Bean to Bar Colombia in Bogotá. We are a certified cocoa farm with Good Agricultural Practices and Advanced Green Business. The flavor and aroma have notes of red fruits, nuts and cocoa. We also make selected purchases of cocoa in the 11 Regional Associations of the West of Boyacá for large orders. Finca San Luis is socially responsible company, with gender equality and regenerative with the environment.
