CHILI PEPPER TABASCO PROCESSED IN PASTA
A shrub of the Solanaceae family from the Mexican state of Tabasco. Chilli pepper is demanded and processed by the industry for the preparation of pickles, either whole or sliced, frozen, dehydrated, spicy pickles, canned, pasta and sauces. In addition, a very important use is as raw material to obtain dyes and oleoresins and biological insecticide.
