FEIJOA
Feijoa has a sweet and sour flavor, weighs between 40 or 50 grams, its pulp is gelatinous, so it is ideal for making jams, jellies and compotes. The feijoa can be eaten raw or cooked because its skin is not edible due to its hardness. Feijoa is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, C and E. As for minerals, it provides iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc.
