LULO
Lulo is a typical plant and fruit of the Andes, where it grows spontaneously, and is found in different countries of Latin America; this plant produces fruits similar to a rounded yellow tomato, but its pulp is usually greenish and acid flavor, and when ripe can be processed with its peel, which increases the level of benefits to the body to take advantage of the minerals and fiber contained in its outer part. It is usually consumed fresh or in juice, in both cases its multiple properties have a positive influence on the organism.
