Our history
Finca Santamaria is located in the municipality of El Hobo - Huila - Colombia, we are environmentally and socially sustainable producers, tropical dry forest, birds, guadua, births, agroforestry crops and native trees are part of our landscape.
Fifty years ago, our grandparents bought the Santamaría farm with Creole cocoa trees, which today are still in production and continue to offer the best beans.
We have followed the family cocoa tradition, maintaining that special genetic material of fine cocoa in taste and aroma, which allows us to offer our clients the best of Colombian Cocoa.
As producers we can offer you our cocoa beans, cocoa nib, cocoa paste or liquor (100%), chocolate bars and toppings (75% - 55%), success at the International Chocolate Show in Paris 2017, Summer Fancy Food in New York, 2018..
