Our history
TDCX is a boutique BPO aimed to provide premium services to clients. TDCX provides traditional line of services, such as Customer Care, Sales and Tech Support, and also more differentiated services such as Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
TDCX services are recognized as Premium because of the emphasis we place on selecting the right profiles, training programs leveraged with the latest learning technologies and procedures, as well as the implementation of control ratios lower than those generally used in the industry, aiming to deliver services with a superior level of quality.
TDCX currently have 24 sites spread across 15 cities. TDCX aim in Bogota is to provide all line of services, primarily in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
