Our history
APPASI, produces 100% natural panela of optimal quality, obtained from the sugar cane juice evaporation, resulting in the crystallization of saccharose that contains a large amount of original nutritional components such as vitamins and minerals.
The panela is the result of the noble and passionate work of our Isnenses farmers, panela with the flavor and purity of our fields, where the ancestral elabo-ration processes are preserved and cared for, to produce a unique food, authentic as our cultural identity, with the Characteristics of the Colombian massif from which the name "Isnos Capital Panelera del Huila" comes from. For this reason, give the best of the natural sweet.
