Our history

Conserva is dedicated to the commercialization and exportation of specialty coffee from the Serranía de San Lucas. This specialty coffee is produced on the edge of the forests and the community has worked hard to make their plantations friendly with the biodiversity, especially with the large carnivores that live in the surrounding area, like the Andean Bear, the Jaguar and the Puma.
