Super Artisan Arepa (Artisan Corn Flatbread)
The Super Artisan Arepa (Artisan Corn Flatbread) is a delicious and healthy food, 100% natural, for breakfast, snack and dinner. It is made from non-transgenic corn cooked in ecological firewood and purified spring water that give it a a pleasant country flavor, enriched with chia seeds, quinoa, coconut, ghee clarified butter and Himalayan pink salt. Its elaboration is carried out by hand by mothers who are heads of households in the Pavas corregimiento; it is free of additives, without preservatives, without added sugars and without trans fats; gluten free. Its formula is highly nutritious and with a very pleasant flavor, different from all other arepas that exist in the market. It is kept frozen and its shelf life is six (6) months, without losing its crispness, flavor and nutrition properties. They are delivered vacuum packed in packs of five units weighing 430 grams.
