The Dutch Gouda Comino de Colácteos Cheese is a matured, fatty and hard cheese. This product has a uniform white-yellowish paste, a characteristic sweet taste, a smooth, clean and well-developed aroma, a compact, firm and elastic texture with cumin seeds that give it a strong, pleasant and characteristic flavor.
For its packaging a red and yellow solid paraffin is used, made up of a mixture of refined hydrocarbons, polymers and pigments; in addition to the use of a stretchable plastic film.
