Pitahaya
The fruit is ovoid, green at the beginning and yellow at maturity, its pulp is white with multiple and small seeds. Its taste is exquisite and with a faint sweet taste. It is usually consumed naturally. Pitaya is almost a portion of deliciously sugary water. It contains vitamin C that helps the absorption of iron from food, increases the resistance of our body and has an antioxidant action.
