The organic Blackmill cane sugar from sierra Nevada is the result of a natural process that begins at more than 5.700m above the Caribbean ocean.
The minerals filter through the rocks down the Andes mountains until they reach the cane fields in the valleys, creating a rich and unique blend of nutrients.
In this region, the indigenous tribe “Arhuacos”, handcraft the cane to obtain the most pure and unrefined cane sugar, full of nutrients and vitamins.
