For example, Piloncillo is a very popular form in the US by Mexicans and other Latin people; It can also be made round, square, fractional, etc.
Our plant is designed to meet high standards of quality, manufacturing, stability and productivity. Our Panela presents less variation in its physical characteristics, than those usually offered by the market and in the chemical aspect we have our own laboratory to carry out optimal monitoring of the elaboration of each Panela resulting from our process.
