This chili pepper is part of the Capsicum annuum genus. It is perhaps the most well-known chili pepper variety across the world thanks to the Mexican cuisine. This variety has low pungency with around 4000 SHU (Scoville scale).
This variety is available in mash (with seeds), paste (without seeds) both fermented with added salt. It is also available in our special concentrated paste (COMPACTO) and dehydrated both in whole or flakes.
None of our products have chemical additives, flavourings or colorants. However, according to each client's requirements we can add a percentage of vinegar, acetic acid or citric acid. We can also mix varieties to reach particular flavors, textures or levels of spiciness.
