Made with 100% Arabica coffee, Bourbon Rosado variety. Cultivated at 1700 meters above sea level, a 48-hour fermentation, dried in the sun under a plastic roof, a washed process and medium-high roasting, 100% Colombian Coffee. Clean cup profile, with sweet floral aroma, notes of honey, orange and cloves; medium acidity. Cup rating 85-86 SCA pts.
