Ground flax

Flaxseed, from which flaxseed oil is extracted, is naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, and rich in fatty acids (omegas). It is consumed by soaking the seeds for a few hours and then the water is taken, which in turn remains as a gel and the seeds are discarded.
