ORIGIN
Areas of warm and dry climate, with average temperatures of 25 to 28ºC, with an annual precipitation of more than 1000 mm and a marked dry season. PAOCCAS FRUTAS TROPICALES, works specifically with Guanábanas from Colombia and Brazil.
APPEARANCE
This anonácea (family of the Chirimoyas) measures 14 to 40 cm long and 10 to 12 cm in diameter, is covered with soft spines overturned. The skin is thin, hard and bright dark green. The pulp is white, relatively fibrous and very aromatic. The seeds are oval and flattened, 15 to 20 mm long with a dark and shiny appearance.
WEIGHT
Each piece has an approximate weight between 2 and 3Kg, although it is considered a small size for this fruit, it is the right one for its consumption, being something more manageable.
PARTICULARITIES
It is a fruit very sensitive to changes in temperature, with the heat maturing in a short period of time and is not tolerant to cold. A temperature of 12ºC is usually enough to keep it for about 12 days. PAOCCAS commercializes this product in a special packaging that makes the temperature differences affect as little as possible its quality.
