Brown Turkey fig tree is a biferous variety, of important production of brevas and stands out for its large figs. Brown Turkey figs are elongated periform in shape, variegated brownish green to bluish. They are dense, firm and flexible.
The receptacle is thin, pale green, the pulp is fleshy, amber with many fine seeds and beige.
The brevas are large, with an average weight of up to 90 g.
